By accessing the website or using chat, you agree to these Terms. For telephone calls, any recording or transcription is subject to the separate notice provided during the call. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

1. The service

MC Renew Solutions LLC provides information about painting, cleaning, maintenance, minor repair, and furniture assembly services in Savannah, Richmond Hill, and nearby Georgia communities. Website and assistant responses are informational until we expressly confirm scope, price, scheduling, and other service terms.

2. AI assistant

Our chat and telephone assistant uses artificial intelligence and is not a human representative. It may misunderstand information or produce inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed responses. You must review important details and obtain confirmation from MC Renew before relying on a quote, appointment, diagnosis, deadline, discount, or commitment. The assistant is not a substitute for emergency, legal, medical, safety, or licensed professional advice.

3. Recording and consent

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for service, quality, security, and follow-up after an audible notice. If you do not consent, end the call and contact us by email. You may not record or redistribute calls, chats, or another person’s information except as permitted by law.

4. Acceptable use and user responsibility

You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide, verify its accuracy, protect links or credentials sent to you, and use the service lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse emergency resources, harass personnel, or use AI output to cause harm. You are responsible for decisions made from unconfirmed information and for obtaining property-owner or third-party permissions required for requested work.

5. Estimates, appointments, and third parties

Assistant-generated price ranges or appointment requests are not binding unless MC Renew confirms them. Final pricing may depend on inspection, measurements, materials, property condition, access, and scope. Calendar, telecommunications, AI, and hosting services may be operated by third parties and can experience interruptions outside our control.

6. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and automated assistants are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, availability of a requested appointment, or that preliminary information will satisfy every project requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC Renew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or automated assistant, loss of data, reliance on unconfirmed AI output, or third-party service interruptions. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not waive liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Emergencies

Do not use this website, chat, or telephone assistant to report an emergency or immediate danger. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection. We may update these Terms prospectively. Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
